Verona is such a beautiful place for a wedding. Verona is steeped in Italian culture and beauty, and perched just above it sits a beautiful intimate wedding venue called Corte San Mattia. The amazing wedding venue has everything you can ask for if you’re after a spectacular Italian wedding with jaw-dropping views, amazing staff, and the best Italian wine. Yes, you do really need to try the wine; it’s so good.

Stacey and Will’s wedding was such a brilliant celebration to be part of and there was no way the rain was going to stop anyone from having a good time. Filled with love and laughter, I was super happy to be their Verona wedding photographer. From the beautiful handcrafted bouquets, the very personal ceremony, to the amazing dance finale, this is a very special wedding to be held at Corte San Mattia. Corte San Mattia has to be one of the beautiful wedding venues I’ve been to. Perched just above Verona, it has views all across the city that will take your breath away. The venue itself is quaint and intimate, set in a picturesque vineyard, with the option to have an outdoor ceremony overlooking the city. With accommodation onsite, this can be the perfect all-in-one Verona wedding venue option for you.

Tell me about your The Beginning! 

We met at work at the RD+E in 2012 – the bride was working as a physio and the groom working as a physio assistant.

When and where did you get engaged? 

We got engaged in Salcombe in December 2023 on a clifftop walk.

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day? 

Its in a vineyard, so we have gone rustic; its autumnal, so green colours.

What are you most looking forward to on the day? 

The food, the dancing, and having all our favourite people everyone together.
