The Process
How the Story Unfolds
01 – Connection
We’ll start with a relaxed chat (over Zoom or coffee) to get to know each other and talk through your ideas, favourite locations, and what feels most you.
This is where we shape the tone of your photoshoot and make sure everything feels calm, comfortable, and authentic.
02 – The Experience
On the day, there’s no pressure or stiff posing, just a relaxed experience that feels effortless and true to you.
I’ll offer gentle direction when needed and step back when not, capturing the laughter, the stillness, and the moments in between that make your connection timeless.
03 – The Delivery
Within two weeks, your full gallery will be beautifully edited and ready to relive; every photograph hand-finished to feel cinematic, natural, and completely you.
You’ll receive a private online gallery to download, print, and share your favourites, plus the option to create fine-art albums or wall pieces to make your memories tangible.
We had loads of fun and Jake made us both feel so comfortable during the shoot, allowing us freedom to do what we wanted but also helping us with some poses too.

Where do you photograph engagement sessions?
Across the UK; from the Cornish coast to the Cotswolds, Cheshire, and beyond. Whether it’s a beach walk, woodland adventure, or your favourite city café, I’ll help you choose a setting that feels personal and true to you.
We’re a bit camera shy — will you guide us?
Absolutely. Most couples feel that way at first. I’ll gently guide you when needed and step back when not, helping you feel relaxed, comfortable, and completely yourselves. Within minutes, you’ll forget the camera’s even there.
How long does an engagement session last?
Most sessions last around 60–90 minutes; long enough to settle in, explore, and capture everything naturally without feeling rushed. Adventure or multi-location sessions can go a little longer.
