How much does a wedding photographer cost in UK?

Wedding photography in the UK typically ranges between £1,000 and £3,500, depending on coverage, location, and whether you include extras like film, albums, or a second photographer.

My wedding photography experiences start from £1,450, crafted for couples who value connection, emotion, and family and want a calm, relaxed experience with photographs that feel real, beautiful, and timeless.

Do you offer both wedding photography and videography?

Yes! I offer both wedding photography and film, giving you a seamless experience and a cohesive story told through both stills and motion.

Because I handle both, everything flows naturally: fewer cameras, less distraction, and a unified style that captures your day exactly as it felt.

What’s included in your wedding photography Experience?

Every wedding experience includes a private online gallery, sneak peeks within 48 hours, and a curated set of fine art prints to bring your memories to life.

You can also add options such as a cinematic wedding film, a second photographer, albums, or an engagement session. All designed to make your story feel beautifully complete.

How far in advance should we book Our wedding photographer?

I recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak summer dates.

However, if your date is sooner, don’t worry. I often take on last-minute weddings if I’m available.

The sooner you reach out, the better your chances of securing your date.

Do You Photograph Weddings Outside Your Local Area?

Absolutely. I capture weddings across the UK and beyond. From coastal celebrations to countryside manor houses and destination weddings overseas.

I’m currently in the process of relocating to Cheshire, but I regularly travel throughout the UK for weddings; including Cornwall, Devon, the Cotswolds, and London.

Yes, absolutely. I use professional audio equipment to capture crisp, high-quality sound from your vows, speeches, and key moments throughout the day.

It’s all part of making your wedding film feel as emotional and immersive as the real thing.

Your full wedding film will be ready within 8–10 weeks, carefully edited to reflect the emotion and flow of your day.

You’ll also receive a 1-minute cinematic teaser within the first week, perfect for reliving those first moments and sharing with friends and family.

Yes, 100%. While many couples choose to combine both photography and film for a cohesive storytelling experience, you can book film coverage on its own too.

Where do you photograph engagement sessions?

We’re a bit camera shy — will you guide us?

Absolutely. Most couples feel that way at first.

I’ll gently guide you when needed and step back when not, helping you feel relaxed, confident, and completely yourselves.

Within minutes, you’ll forget the camera’s even there, and that’s when the magic happens.

How long is an engagement Photoshoot?

Most sessions last around 60–90 minutes; long enough to settle in, explore, and capture everything naturally without feeling rushed. Adventure sessions or multi-location shoots can run a little longer, depending on your plans.

Keep it simple and true to your style. Neutral tones photograph beautifully, but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident. I’ll send you a pre-shoot guide with outfit tips, colour suggestions, and textures that complement your chosen location.

Absolutely, the more personal, the better. Bring your dog, your favourite drink, or anything that tells your story.

Most couples book full-day coverage, which runs from morning preparations through to the first dance (around 10 hours).

However, every wedding is different. I also offer shorter elopement coverage and multi-day options for full weekend celebrations.

The weather’s part of the story, and some of my favourite images have been captured in the rain. Whether it’s soft mist, dramatic clouds, or a glowing sunset breaking through, I’ll work with it all.

I always have backup plans and lighting options ready, so you’ll have beautiful images no matter what the forecast brings.

Yes, absolutely.

While my style is mostly documentary and natural, I always make time for a few relaxed family and group portraits, usually right after the ceremony when everyone’s together.
