Summer & Jacob’s – Trebah Gardens Engagement
A winter engagement is just stunning, and when Jacob reached out to me to check if I was available to photograph his proposal at Trebah Gardens, I could not say no. Glimpses of sunshine broke through the Cornish mizzle throughout the morning. As I walked down to find the perfect hiding spot to wait until Jacob got down on one knee.
The mizzle cleared, and we were on. They stepped onto the beautiful white bridge over the pond, and the special moment was about to happen. Leaping into action still stuck behind a bush, I started to click the shutter. Before we knew it, Summer was saying YES!!!! The smiles didn’t fall off either of their faces as we wondered around the beautiful Trebah Gardens (occasionally stopping for perfect photos).
This exciting engagement chapter has just begun for Summer and Jacob. A massive congratulations to them both.

Here’s a little bit more to see if you’d love to have engagement photos here. Four miles of beautiful paths sit in the 26-acre magical gardens situated in a Cornish valley. It even has its own private beach. Vibrant flowers are in abundance throughout the year but are extra special in different seasons.
Springtime brings a colourful array of 100-year-old rhododendrons, magnolias, and camellias. Summertime, the giant gunnera is a must-see.Autumntime, Hydrangea Valley fills a view of blue and subtle whites over the Mallard Pond. Wintertime, the majestic champion trees dominate the landscape, while plants from the southern hemisphere start to bloom.
