Victoria & Michael’s Cheddar Gorge Engagement Photo Shoot
No matter the distance, I just love to photograph engagements. Off I go in my little white Fiat 500 (aka the nippy speed demon) up the A30 and heading straight for the beautiful Cheddar Gorge, Somerset. We planned to have the main photo shoot on top of Cheddar Gorge Valley at Sunset. Passing the time with a number of podcasts (mainly business ones, I know maybe a tad boring), I arrived in plenty of time for a quick hike and spot the best photo spots before Victoria and Michael arrived.
As the sun began to set, we were not disappointed. The warm golden glow filled the air, casting a beautiful glow over the valley. We gently walked up the steep steps to the top of Cheddar Gorge; the view just kept getting better and better. I could of taken photos constantly. After walking along the path, we found some beautiful spots along the route that were a photographers dream. After about an hour, we made our way back down inside the valley, where the light had turned into more of a deep orange. Just so beautiful. As we parted, I was getting super excited to look back at all the amazing memories that had just been captured. This engagement photo shoot definitely holds lots of special memories for me.
The Cheddar Gorge engagement photo shoot couldn’t of gone any better—the weather, the couple, the amazing adventure. What was not to love?!
