A Unique Captivating Wedding At St Euny Church & Tricky’s

September 13, 2022

Where do I start with this gorgeous intimate wedding? Over the last week Cornwall has seen some of the most dramatic changing weather, from torrential rain to ground shaking thunderstorms. The hopes for the gorgeous golden rays to touch St Euny Church & Tricky’s was looking bleak. Saturday is here. The wedding bells are soon to be ringing out across the Cornish countryside and what a time for glistening sun to shine brighter than ever.

Let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves with words, the photos tell a far better story of Tarnias and Daniels special day. But there’s always a little bit of time to learn why these two locations are so special.

A little bit about St Euny Church –

St Euny Church is a quaint small church set in the picturesque village of Carn Brea. This area is known for its rich mining heritage. The main town – Redruth was once the mining capital of the world. Don’t let this fool you though it is not dull and mirky here. The Church is set back in the lush green countryside with trees all around, making it a fantastic venue for a wedding.

A little bit about Tricky’s –

Not far from St Euny Church, located across the other side of Redruth. Tricky’s is renowned for its fantastic pub food and is often forgotten about as a wedding venue. But what a venue this is. It has a separate building all for events and weddings – The Garden Room (which is adjacent to the hotel – making it ideal to get your getting ready photos). The venue allows you to custom design every aspect of your wedding – allowing your inner artist to come out and create a wedding that raves all about you.
